I used to train with Jeff on a regular basis, but due to a busy lifestyle my training took a back seat and I began gaining weight. I had never focused much on my nutrition. I joined Onus just after losing 20 lbs. I wanted help getting back out or restriction without gaining all my weight back. I was skeptical of adding calories for fear of gaining the weight back. Jeff helped me make a plan on how to add the calories without gaining weight. I track my calories and macro nutrients daily. Jeff helped me figure out how much of each macro I should have each day according to my diet preferences. I really appreciate this because I don't feel like there are any "bad" foods, and I can eat anything I desire as long as I fit it into my plan.
